Staff very friendly. Very relaxed place and plenty of nice cars and tech about. Easy to just walk up and louglnge around the showroom and look at the cars without being typically hassled. The place has 3 or 4 superfast chargers and I think its open 24 hours a day if you need a charge. It's located just beside the vauxhall garage off the main strip in boucher.
Great bunch of lads. Great prices and solid cars. Only issue is that more assurances could be made about those with asbergers as to potential changes in price. Other then that fantastic.
Continuous communication back and forth for almost a week about purchasing a Red 2022 Ex Demo Model 3 RWD in inventory in Belfast. Made it clear to centre that we planned to visit on Saturday (today) to give the car a once over - and purchase it. Sales sent several documents and links clearly listing the vehicle at £41,950 (most recently, just yesterday!), with no mention of any plans to change. We arrived back to the centre in the model 3, having test driven it, to complete the purchase, and are asked for £44,550. Now also updated on their website to show it at £44,550 - so when we clicked the links they sent us previously, they all also showed at £44,550. Sales representatives knew about this price change on end of quarter coming into effect ahead of time, *did nothing to alert us of this*, and claim that they have no say on the price of the vehicle. We have been on hold for 40 mins trying to contact HQ on the phone who are allegedly responsible for the decision, and the online chat team got Tesla Belfast to ring us - but the only response we got once again was for them to tell us it wasn't their problem. Staff very friendly until asked for a reason for the increase in price of £2500 overnight, after which they offered no further assistance. Are people honestly expected to be advertised one price for a product, and pay thousands more the next day - with no mention of this prior? Would this be accepted in any other industry - or from any other brand? We will not be purchasing an otherwise perfectly suited car for us, following such misinformation and communication, on point of principle.

Great experience here - interesting concept - no sales person - so to speak. The team are on site to educate you on Tesla. Just popped in to see the car and next thing I am driving one :-) Great fun, excellent experience - loads of information without pushy sales. Was a treat to experience the concept and only re-enforced my perceptions on what the brand Tesla stands for. Well done local team :-)

Had some minor issues , so booked an appointment for the same. Very well communicated service team was always in touch about the work to be carried out. Got my car back better than I left. Very glad and extremely happy with in warranty service. Highly recommended for anyone considering a new purchase.
