I recently bought a new car from Ryan in Nissan, he was fantastic, very knowledgeable. Ryan took me through all the mod cons and offered me different options and benefits of both cars I was interested in. He had the sale set up very quickly and efficiently. When I came to collect the car he gave me a thorough demo, going above and beyond to ensure I knew how everything worked. We actually took a drive around as it was the first time I had driven an automatic and attached my phone to the android auto before I left which I really appreciated. I have since had my first service with Nathan who was also excellent, he kept me up to date and even helped me switch all my boxes of products between cars. He surprised me with an unveiling in the show room of my new Nissan Qashqai Tekna Plus e-power! And wow! It was the best feeling in the world seeing the car that way for the first time! And I can’t thank you enough for taking the time to do that for me! I went from a petrol manual car to an automatic petrol/electric car. And I was so nervous about driving it home, so we did a test drive around the grounds, with Shane talking me through everything. And explaining all the new settings, and features the car now has. And it truly helped me immensely. I drove away full of confidence. And the drive home was so smooth. Do not bring your car Especially if its a Maserati these are big time rip off artists. The prices are horrendous. They ruined my 3200 maserati. I am. Writing to all maserati clubs in Europe and maserati head office. If anyone is interested I will Gladly send a complete breakdown of the appalling Work performed on my lovely car. Never never again...
