Walked in for 9:30 appointment. Walked out at 9:50 after waiting 20 min with no acknowledgement. Impressive to be running so late first thing in the morning you would think it was the GP surgery.

Fairly disappointing visit to be honest. Really smooth booking process, and follow up emails and texts were great, this really built the visit up. But unfortunately that's where it ended. Booked for the works and was given just a cut, the cut isn't the best with attention not being paid to detail. Maybe caught the stylist on an off day.
First time visiting 29 Market Place today and saw Denise. She was very professional, offering lots of advice and guidance. My haircut was completed exactly as discussed and to my liking. I have already booked my next appointment as well as my son's. Would highly recommend.
