   My doctors and 111 have used this pharmacy this week instead of my usual postal pharmacy "so as I wasn't having to wait" for the prescriptions. I thought the frequent problems were just my child's regular prescriptions due to what they are and not being general stock but this week I have discovered otherwise. Along with 2 gp prescriptions, 111 also sent a prescription for antibiotics which asda pharmacy said wasn't sent through. I had to recontact 111 who said it definitely had been, and they reissued the antibiotics to another pharmacy (tesco) which I had no problem with, prescription collected minutes later. Went again today to asda (7th time this week) to collect the prescriptions promised yet again today 1 of 4 items are there. And the antibiotics "they didn't get the prescription for" have magically appeared. Non of my childs medication is in, after now 5 days and will apparently be at least 2 more. It's taken me all week to get my own medication, that the doctor wanted me to start immediately.....leading to me needing antibiotics as well! As soon as my doctors opens Monday morning I will be changing my childs pharmacy because I'm not willing to risk my child needing urgent medicine and being in the situation I have been all week. Absolutely ridiculous and it's a health hazard.

   Is there even a manager in this store?? The staff need more customers service training. You can literally hear and see them standing together talking about each other and the management. The cigarette kiosk is a joke you can feel the tension with the staff customer service only chooses to help get the queue down when they are with certain staff members there. I couldn't even get out the isle as a staff member finished her catchup with a work colleague and stood in the middle of the isle on her phone...
