   Sadly the gentleman here was rude to my 85 year old mother on the phone. Having a stressful day is no excuse for a lack of civility or depriving someone of urgent medication (as requested by the doctor) when they are housebound. I'm fairly certain they would not want their own elderly relatives to be treated this way. Is it too much to ask for some kindness and respect for the elderly these days? If I thought I could help just one isolated person I would go out of my way to do it. Sadly she has no-one close by to collect for her so it wasn't like she was being difficult. Very sad and I hope he has a good hard think about how he speaks to people in future.
