I find the staff very helpful and friendly I never have a problem with my medication always try to help I had a problem and the young girl sorted it out my meds went some were else very nice staff no faults
I transferred from my old pharmacy to this one and I can confidently say that the staff here especially simrane are lovely. They are so professional and I feel comfortable taking my prescription from them. The atmosphere is great and the delivery service for my grandpa does not disappoint. My medication is always correct and I have no problems with the staff. Thank you Wren's Nest Pharmacy.
I use this pharmacy regularly & have never known the staff, male & female, to be anything but pleasant, efficient, welcoming ,helpful & infinitely patient..Raissa, on the front line, is a gem, & goes out of her way in what can surely be a frustrating job dealing with people who may be worried, sick or worse.but however you may feel when you go in ,you always feel better when you leave, because you have not only been listened to, but heard. Great service, other pharmacies locally were out of stock for the medication we needed. Wrens nest actually contacted our doctors for us to change the format of the medication (liquid to tablets) so that we could get it the same day, as my husband was in a lot of pain and we needed it urgently. We got it within a couple of hours of contacting them. Really went above and beyond for us, and we appreciate it so much! Wish I had got the staff members name! They are super friendly, helpful and caring/compassionate for their customers/patients.
Lovely staff, moved from a closer pharmacy to this one as previous pharmacy was unable to get medication correct. Wrens nest pharmacy have been fantastic with both me and my two children we have a lot of medication each month and they ensure it's all ready for us. Would definitely recommend anyone to come here.
I have been using this pharmacy for several year's now, yes they are generally very busy and sometimes items are out of stock. However this is not the fault of the pharmacy, stock supplies are an issue across the world and not just here, how many times have we all been to big name supermarket's and found little or low stock of items, they are busy due to the amount of people who CHOOSE to use this pharmacy, look at the volume of items / prescriptions they are or have processed, the shelves behind the staff counter are over flowing with white bags waiting to collected. The pharmacist and other member's of staff have always been polite, helpful and professional to me, when I go to the pharmacy I greet them politely, ask how are you ( they are human and may have good or unfortunate things going on in their life ), our pain or illness is not their fault, they are there to help us, the pharmacist has immense knowledge of medication and treatments, far greater than the GP (doctor), if you ask nicely and adopt a good attitude people are far more likely to respond the same way and help you. it is also worth noting Doctors are currently taking up to 7 -10 days to process a repeat prescription, it used to take 1-2 days and be ready to collect from the pharmacy, also when the prescription from the doctors / surgery is sent to the pharmacy sometimes they have to order items and when they get their delivery then check the order they find some items they have ordered we not delivered due to no available stock, so when they said we are expecting your items in a day or two this is not their fault it didn't arrive, it's frustrating for them too, they have to deal with the upset customer. The medication I need is for an injury that has left me in pain for the rest of my life, there is no cure / remedy or operation to fix the situation, the medication helps reduce the pain but doesn't take the pain away, it's with me 24 hours a day every day. Me complaining or being moody, depressed won't make it better, it would only make me and everyone around me miserable, I CHOOSE to be happy and ignore the pain as much as possible, I focus my mind on the good people and things in my life, a smile or a hug from my children, make them laugh and laugh with them. You can change your life and that of the others around you by simply asking yourself before you speak or take action, I am I being considerate or kind to the other person, you are more likely to receive a better response, making your own experience and the other persons a happier one, better day and better life for everyone. Absolutely appalling service. Consistently lie, saying items there and when try to collect they're not available and no staff admits which one said they were there. Several times this has happened. Useless staff. Bumped into many neighbours and they all complain of the same thing. Need reporting! If you're looking for a pharmacy, DON'T use this one if you want a good decent service!
Poor customer service, rude staff and just one of the worst pharmacy's I have used. I would not reccomend this pharmacy to anyone. They are not helpful at all. They nearly always have to order stuff in which is really inconvenient. I use tesco pharmacy now as it has most medications in stock.
I went to this pharmacy to order my private prescription, came back after 2 days and it still has not been processed, the lady was running up and down saying that she doesn’t know how to do private prescriptions having no clue what she was doing. On the day I ordered it, I asked only for 1 of 2 items on the prescription, she ordered both accusing me of not informing her about it and trying to tell me that I have to buy both because they have already arrived... I paid over £18 and the same item was available online in different pharmacy at the price of £8. I’m Very unsatisfied and will never go there again... do not recommend.
