   I am nervous person when it comes to the dentist I had really bad sore tooth they booked me in the next day the staff talked me through everything. I had to get booked in for sedation with Bruce he couldn't do enough for me plus his dental assistant no pain whatsoever very patient and understanding. I'll definitely be coming back now that I have found a dentist that I can trust thank you x

   I have been The Guild Practice’s patient for the last 13 years. The most recent treatment which I have received included the fixture of dental implants. Each visit, I am treated like a VIP client; from the minute I enter the reception desk until I leave the treatment chair. The dentists are very well qualified with outstanding professional experience. I am especially satisfied with Dr. Bruce Guild. The staff are friendly as well as professional and the facilities including the patient waiting area are top notch. My dental health journey has been difficult but I can smile confidently yet again.

   I have always had a fear of going to the dentist. The Guild practice got me in for an emergency appointment and were aware that I was afraid. All the staff were very reassuring and understanding. I got a tooth out today and Bruce was very gentle and asking me if I was ok throughout my procedure. Very empathetic and professional. I can’t thank the team enough. I would definitely recommend those who are afraid of dentists to come here. I will definitely be back.

   Despite being ludicrously overpriced, Guild endlessly tried to force unrelated products down my throat. The last straw was the last time I visited: the dentist tried to pawn a £350 facial cream regime on me after having had a rather painful filling. I'm male and quite obviously have zero interest in beauty products. Know your customer. On top of that, after every procedure there seemed to be more "necessary" treatment needed; ranging from 1-4 thousand pounds. This is not to mention that when I joined Guild, my mouth closed normally, my top and bottom set joined nicely when I closed my mouth. Now only the right hand side teeth seem to touch. This has led to a constant sore on my left cheek. Whatever way she aligned my teeth after a filling/root canal it seems to have resulted in me constantly catching flesh during eating/sleeping etc. Have discontinued my registration and intend on joining somewhere else. Awful experience, every single visit.

   It gives me immense pleasure to highly recommend the Guild Practice Dental Surgery, Malone Road, Belfast and if I could give it 100 stars I would. It offers a superb service from the minute you arrive at reception, where you are welcomed and greeted with a warm and inviting smile. Heidi, you are an amazing dentist, and you have a lovely team of staff. Thank you seems inadequate after the incredible professional service I received over the last year. I was initially apprehensive about dentists, but there was absolutely no need. You made me feel so relaxed and I received top class care and treatment, pain free, during each visit. Everything was discussed with me, and approved, prior to work being carried out, with no pressure exerted. I don't know how you achieved it, but you knocked a few years off my age, (according to my friends and family)! I had not replaced my crowns in over forty years, and you transformed my smile with my new crowns in no time. Heidi you are a perfectionist, and I am so delighted that you are. After I attended the practice, my friends and family soon joined too, and received an equally excellent top-class service. Anyone out there who has any worries or fears about attending a dentist, look no further. Heidi, Bruce and the team are superb. You would travel far and wide to beat the service provided at this practice. Thank you for giving me back my SMILE.

   Kathy is really nice and an awesome dentist. She goes through everything she is doing and explains things very well. She's one of the nicest clinicians I've had experience with. The team at Guild Practice are very good and will take care of you. If you need an emergency appointment they will see you right away. Great dentists.

   From the minute I phoned up to book my first appointment, the time I left the dental practice after my first New Patient Examination, I never felt so welcomed before in a ‘medical’ or ‘dental’ setting. The receptionist was so warm and helpful, the dentist herself impressed me with her expertise on all that’s right and wrong with my teeth and her assistant (Alex) was just a very calming and friendly presence there throughout my whole procedure. I’m usually quite nervous going to the dentist because my two previous ones were slightly aggressive and not very calming but the Guild Practice on the Malone Rd actually made me want to get my teeth checked and treated more often. All very reasonable prices too with an easy-to-read breakdown of all the pricing options. Never thought I’d say this (let alone write a review for the dentists) but I am looking forward to going back there for further treatment! All I can say is keep up the good work!

   As relatively new patients, both my wife and I have been thoroughly impressed with every aspect of the Guild Practice and the patient care they show. Always welcoming and accommodating with appointments, excellent hygienist and Bruce is without doubt the best dentist I have ever had. I had 2 crowns fitted perfectly. His knowledge, use of latest technology, explanation of treatment and skills are second to none and we both feel totally at ease in his care. Thanks to all at the practice ! Tim and Jane
