There aren't enough words to express my gratitude to the team at Gentle Dental Care. My neurodivergent 16-year-old son underwent a minor surgical procedure carried out by the highly skilled professionals: Dr Lucy and dental nurse Natalie. They both were truly amazing in helping to manage my son's extreme anxiety. Dr Lucy guided my son through a series of deep breathing exercises while Natalie kept him reassured. My son was able to overcome his needle phobia which is kind of miraculous! His fear was visibly reduced as Dr Lucy gently guided him through small steps during procedure. Both Dr Lucy and Natalie made him feel safe and confident. Dr Lucy advised deep breathing exercises in previous appointments when my son found it hard even to enter the Dental Practice, and getting a procedure done seemed totally impossible. We practiced deep breathing exercises for a few months and then returned to undergo a procedure which was successful. Without all your help this would not happen. Also I would like to thank Jessica, the front house receptionist, who took my first phone call. She is so understanding, helpful, and non-judgmental. Another special thanks goes to Adam, the Manager, thank you for taking your time and listening to me and accommodating my son's needs, as previously, we were turned down by quite a few Dental Practices. Thank you again!

Having spent many years in fear of every visit to the dentist, I can honestly say Gentle Dental is amazing. Every single member of the team go above and beyond to provide a first class service with complete transparency about costs etc. Robyn is patient and takes time to put me at ease, explaining what the treatment is and what to expect. The team keep in contact with helpful reminders prior to appointments and always provide a warm welcome.
Naweed is an all round great dentist. I have had Invisalign done with him and he has been incredibly thorough at every step of the process to make sure my results were as close to perfect as we could get, whilst also managing my expectations with very realistic guidance on what was achievable. I have now completed my treatment with whitening and composite bonding and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My teeth look still look completely natural, and they suit my face really well, so my confidence in my smile has sky rocketed and I get compliments all the time. People who have known me for years have pointed out that something is different about me that has made me more confident, but because of how natural my teeth look they haven’t been able to pinpoint what it is that’s different, which is exactly the outcome I wanted! Naweed is very willing to work with you and the ideas you have rather than having a template he forces on every patient, which means you get bespoke results that suit you personally. He‘s also a lovely guy and puts you right at ease, as do all the staff at Gentle Dental. I have never had a bad experience there since the staff are all so friendly and willing to take time to listen to you, and always remember you and take interest in how you’re getting on with your treatment. The name says it all. Lucy does more than take care of your teeth, she looks after all of you. All the staff are so considerate and well trained. If you suffer from a phobia this is the place to visit. They will look after you in every way. John
Lucy and the team are simply the best dentist i have used over my 58 years. Had full implant done , professional but easy going , amazing work ,had lots of other work done all over the UK , these guys are the best.
