I booked an emergency appointment for a tooth extraction on Friday and was seen on Monday. Connor and Niamh looked after me so well. Every part of the surgery was explained. Even adrenaline free anaesthetic was provided with follow up information. Excellent and compassionate service.
Folks, anyone who has not been at the dentist for a while, book an appointment here, they are brilliant. The reception staff are super friendly, and Matthew my dentist and his assistant Barry are just amazing. Great value for money too, I had my initial appointment on Monday this week, and yesterday had two fillings done, painless and so relaxing. Just brilliant all round.
Went in for a check up. Was shocked when the bill was £118. They added on a hygienist cleaning fee, which takes 30mins according to their price list. I was only sitting in the chair for 10 minutes. This is the opposite of their values of being honest and transparent. Would not recommend.
I have been using Beechview dental care for 30+ years, and everyone is very pleasant and helpful. Well, I obviously wouldn't keep coming for so long if the staff and treatment wasn't excellent!

Good dentists but unprofessional waiting times. I called the dentist in January 2022 after being a member of the practice my whole life and they couldn't give me an appointment until may. After finally being seen after almost 5 months wait, I was then advised for treatment. However these appointments won't be until the start of September. So by then it will be 9 months from ringing up to getting the required work done. (Updated) Was seen today and received great treatment from Sarah
After having some failed dental work at another practice, I booked in to see Leslie following a recommendation and couldn't be happier with the results. I was nervous as I had gone through close to a year of treatment with no improvement elsewhere but she talked me through my options and my tooth now feels stronger than ever. Her and Ryan were so lovely and the practice has a very friendly atmosphere.
