Just rang there now to ask were they taking on new patients that my own dentist was unable to offer me an appointment into 2023. I was told no then was asked could I ring my own dentist and ask them as she has someone at the counter! Had no time for me! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE NICOLA!!!
I visited Grosvenor Dental Care for checkup today for the first time in a couple of years. The girls on reception were so warm and welcoming and so too was Joseph the dentist and the dental nurse. I am grateful that Joseph and the nurse were very gentle and thorough with me. Thank you so much for a really pleasant and affordable visit.
Excellent service and experience. Went in for a tooth extraction and was so nervous and was greeted with a very friendly welcome and immediately put at ease. The extraction itself went great, i told them I was nervous and they really did make me calm down loads just by talking it through and giving me gentle words of encouragement throughout. Lovely, friendly and professional people
The staff were all so friendly and really made me feel at ease. I'm new to the practice and hadn't been to the dentist for a while because of bad experiences with my previous dentist. I couldn't get over the hospitality and also how affordable my treatment will be!
I was given an urgent appointment the following day (my filling had come out), Ciara was very helpful. Cathy and Johanna are great and really put me at ease as I am not too fond of the dentist. All in all I am always happy with my treatment and care at your practice.
