Bradbury Dental clinic, I have to say it has been a great experience. I got my cleanup done and appointments quick and easy. the follow up process has been excellent and thank you for the automated system. Katrina has been great to help us book the next appointments earliest. Thank you doctors and all the staff.
I attended the clinic with Severe Oral Pain, the dentist looked at my mouth told me that there was no issues and instead of prescribing any medication available in this country showed me a few products that he would advise. None of which were available in the UK. I then had 2 weeks off work in pain before attending A and E. I paid £100 for 10 minutes in the chair and have just called to book an appointment to be told that I have been deregister, I advised it was 18 months since I attended and the receptionis stated I hadn't been to the last appointment even though I have the Bill etc. Strange, Unprofessional, Unethical, Unhelpful and Expensive for a lack of care
No one likes going to the dentist. But I genuinely enjoy going to see the team here. The receptionist is absolutely lovely and a pleasure to chat to. My dentist Reeba and her assistant always make me feel welcome and have me smiling even though I'm a big scaredy-cat due to my sensitive teeth. It's obvious they have my best interests at heart and they are genuinely kind people. I don't often review stuff online but I definitely recommend this fab team. (Sorry receptionist and assistant, I don't know your names!)
Poor quality service, charge between £5-10 to book an appointment (we didn't pay or book the appointment) for a 2 year old, frequently reschedule appointments at short notice, overcharge and perform unnecessary procedures. Strongly recommend finding an alternative dental practice.
Nice NHS team got a speedy appointment for very professional hygiene clean; teeth look and feel better. Dr Mathew was very kind, patient and skilled pair of hands with her assistant. Katrina receptionist was very friendly and helpful. 5star

I recently saw Dr Chloe for lip filler. I am so pleased with the results. Her chair side manner was wonderful and not once did I feel anxious. She numbed me up and I did not feel a thing throughout the whole procedure and post procedure. I am so happy with the results. They are natural looking and better than I imagined. Thank you Dr Chloe :)
Maeve is such an amazing dentist and I would recommend her to anyone. She only works on you if you need the treatment and listens to your concerns whether it's in person or a triage over the phone..The team at reception are always so welcoming and really do try and make sure u get an appointment if its an emergency. The dental nurses that work alongside Maeve as well are always so friendly chatting away making you feel comfortable throughout the procedure..
