   Never have time to answer the phone, I actually went into the place to see what happens when people call up. They would much rather stand around talking about there personal lives to each other rather than do the job they are there to do, HELP THE PUBLIC. I stood there and watched them do it. Absolutely terrible been as people are phoning not just for a chat but for help.

   Good opening hours but regularly have to order repeat prescription items. Ok if you don't need urgent medication or treatment.

   Rubbish service. Get in, not acknowledged. Wait then someone comes, still no sorry for your wait then you are told it's going to be 10 minutes just to get you to go away. They seem busy behind counter talking about nails and getting engaged in Paris over the weekend. Very unprofessional..... after waiting my 1 and half year son is given these below instead of the liquid form which I only noticed when I got home so gone back and they then tell me prescription was missing prescribers signature and date so I had to take it to the hospital and they could not give me the medication without it being signed even though they had given me the capsules. Absolutely shocking.
