I thought I'd changed to a better pharmacy but alas no. Didnt get my painkillers delivered today so got to wait till Monday without any pain relief. Great! Latest review. They dont answer there phone So impossible to order meds!

Been trying to contact by phone for last 3 hours just to be cut off. When I went in ti empty shop and me turned I had been trying to ring she said the phones don't work even tho its ringing while I wait for my medication.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Twice now they've 'ordered' the medications and twice they've failed, so really delaying patients care. Queues are ridiculous, it's messy, it's dusty. They don't even answer the phones. I won't bother with this joke of a pharmacy again, I'd rather travel into town and get reliable service. You need new management in there.
I have used this chemist for years and it's just got terrible. Never open on time always giving the wrong meds out which means you go without meds then blames the doctors. Staff are so rude to customers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS .
Going down hill fast used to be very good but now prescription tend to be lat shop untidy not enough staff
Terrible customer service. They rarely answer telephone calls and the staff are rude and unhelpful when they do. Repeat prescriptions are regularly incomplete with items missing despite receiving sms messages to my phone stating prescription is ready for collection. Avoid this pharmacy if you possibly can
Trying to get through to these is like trying to get through to timbuktu! They never answer the phone always put it on busy, whenever I go to collect a prescription its never ready yet they always say that it will be ready by a certain date and time but I'm wasting my fuel to find out that its not ready! They're lacking customer service skills as well as they're all rude! If they're rude again to me I will be contacting the CQC regarding they're lack of consideration when it comes to patients not having they're medication and running out as they don't care about patients health and well being!!
Rude, rude , rude staff. No manners, no customer service skills. Basically don't care if they have given people their medication regardless if they really need it or not due to their health conditions! If the little girl with the attitude caked less make up on her face so it didnt clog her ears up then maybe she would be able to hear customers and deal with queries. Absolute shambles of a pharmacy. You would be better of going elsewhere!
