Been using this chemist for a few years now. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. All items delivered at no cost as well.
Not happy with the Service provided by the Pharmacy, spent 20mins on the phone and nobody answered the phone. So had to walk down for the Second time to get my Wife's medicine. Won't be using them again!!!
Horrendous customer service, didn’t bother to inform me that the repeat prescription was out of stock even though they have email and mobile numbers and have contacted me previously. Moved to another pharmacy down the road. Much better service and friendlier staff at the other pharmacy.
Sorry but the staff at this pharmacy are no help at all! They are so miserable never greet you with smiles or nothing! Asked for help today as not well at all need my medication but am they bothered no definitely will be changing pharmacy’s very very poor service
Never answer the phone so you have to go there only to find out your prescription isn't ready even though Dr sent it over but it got lost in the Lloyd's server. All they need to do is answer the phone to avoid driving over for nothing.
Some of the negative reviews are misleading. Please bear in mind that this is an incredibly busy pharmacy and is always full of patients whenever you go in. They simply do not have the time to answer phones all day. Nonetheless, the staff are very helpful and I have never had a bad experience. The main pharmacist is extremely knowledgeable, kind and friendly. I highly recommend this pharmacy to everyone, even if the doctors surgery next door isn't the best.

They never answer there phone, after 5/10 min and same when you go in person to collect your meds you have to stand around and wait. Whilst they have their little chit chat and a laugh. They need priorities, to take calls and people waiting quickly and efficiently. Which is clearly not there now. I’ve been calling them for 2 hrs and it’s just ringing no one is bothered to lift the receiver to speak.
