   Awful customer service. The actual pharmacist herself has a really nonchalant attitude. Everytime I ask her for advice/help she looks really uninterested and doesn't do anything to help you just tells you to go to your GP. Bearing in mind, both times I've been to her for help have been a weekend so I cannot access my GP.

   Rude behaviour. I found them very stand offish and more interested in chatting with one another. This is not my usual pharmacy and im so glad. Will not be going back.

   They rarely have my regular prescription, I keep having to go back. They never notify me my prescription is ready for collection. Now sending my prescriptions to another pharmacy because of their very poor service.

   Went to pick up a prescription of 3 items. Also asked for some paracetamol while I was waiting and was told I'd have get them from in store! What pharmacy doesn't have paracetamol seriously? Then was told I'd have to come back tomorrow as they didn't have 1 of my items. Maybe it's just my luck but I never have a good experience with them. I only used them as I had an 8pm Dr appointment and wanted my medication straight away. I do generally avoid using them, now I know why.

   Pretty useless really, disappointing for a pharmacy. I was after a prescription that I had got the code for off my doctors surgery, these guys said that they couldn’t use my token to find my prescription and help me out. I called Mossley pharmacy in the end and the woman confirmed she could do that, told me what it was that I was after to confirm it was correct, told me that she had the required items, and said she would get them dispensed and ready for collection! 12 minutes later I was on my way home with my prescription.
