Severely let down by this pharmacy. Waited in a large queue to then be told I was not able to collect a prescription due to their system being down and got told to come back later or tomorrow. Went back hours later and still wasnβt working. Not good enough - god forbid something would of happened to me in my sleep. It seems ridiculous that thereβs no alternative to this. What if the medication was severely important? Just telling people to maybe come back tomorrow is not okay when you can see they are struggling. Should not be relying on clearly unreliable software for the sake of your patients. Do better Lloyds.

Update:- Glad to say Since new managerment things have improved tremendously even thou short staffed because of Covid and Christmas he managed to get my hubby's new prescription's sorted out even though having supply issues Thank you. Service that bad my doctors suggested I change chemist. Since the new staff as been employed the service as gone totally down hill, you can't even get them on the phone to check if prescription are in just goes to a fax machine (such a lovely noise straight in your ears) lost count iSincen how many times my husband been in shop and told his meds are not there got home to phone doctors to check they've been sent to be told the prescription been sent days ago phoned chemist to see about them and been told they was there. He was even told by staff they wasn't any for to pick up when he went in and doctors hadn't sent prescription through then had letter very same day saying he hadn't picked up his meds. Lloyds have lost the caring feeling they use to have. UPDATE it is even gotten worse now. Found out by my friends who are with different doctors surgeries that their doctors have told them not to use this pharmacy. Even though I'm disabled and use this pharmacy for ease, it's time I stopped using them, as I cannot wait for them to get my heart meds when THEY decide to get them and not when I order them.

I have never had any problems with this chemist, the staff are always polite and very helpful. I would not change for any other. I love all the staff keep up the good work. And thanking all the staff during the pandemic.

Always receive a brilliant service from all of the staff, never had any issues whatsoever and the ladies are always willing to help and go the extra mile, also I would like it mention the pharmacist Jamal, absolutely brilliant, he went above and beyond to help me resolve my issues with my medication, he didn't have to and he could of fobbed me off but he made sure everything was sorted. Cannot reccomend enough!

I wouldn't even give Lloyds pharmacy 1 star but it was the only way to write a review. Words are not enough to explain the poor customer service levels. I have a repeat prescription I pick up from them. It is never there. Never prepared in advance and I always have to wait 30 to 45 minutes while they put it together. Customer service tip, Lloyds. 1 , repeat prescriptions come regularly. Put them together when you receive them so the customer can pick them up and leave with a couple of minutes. That way you have more time for the drop in customers. 2, If you is a problem then talk to your customers and keep them informed. Treat your customers with respect. An ex-customer!

My first experience of this chemist - I ordered some medication online through Lloyd's online and had to go and pick it up from the chemist at New Invention.. The young girl told the whole shop that I ordered medication online and it should be confidential. Today I went in the sane chemist for a repeat prescription, got it and apparently I couldn't use my debit card for some reason even though they've got a swipe machine there. My advice to anyone who as to pay for prescription medicine is pay by cash or even better use another chemist.. And remember don't buy medicines on there online website because confidentiality is outer space at that chemist.
