   Very rude staff who act like your not there and they don't want to serve you, especially the girl. They need some training in customer service skills and very clearly don't like their job. They need to rethink working in a sector where customer facing roles is not needed.

   They really dont deserve 1 star.. phone lines are busy or ringing out but nobody likes to pick up, the staff are rude when you see them in person, medication doesnt get ordered eventhough its urgent medication.. these lot need to be investigated and then shut down seen as they dont want to do anything right.

   We have been using this pharmacy for many years, dating back to when Mr and Mrs Patel owned it, and never experienced any issues. However, since they left, we've encountered several problems with repeat prescriptions and new prescriptions. Medications are often not delivered correctly and never on time and with some items missing. However the delivery drivers are very kind. The phone line is constantly busy, forcing us to visit the pharmacy in person to resolve these issues. Few local Muslim people have been issued with regular medication containing Gelatine ( non Halal) Please check your medication! Just this week, the staff mishandled a repeat prescription - GP confirmed that 168 tablets were sent, but the pharmacy only issued 56. Apparently they dispensed the prescription which was cancelled and not checked the system for the new prescription of 168 tablets! I paid for 56 tablets when I should have received 168. Attempts to reach them by phone have been unsuccessful. I, too, have experienced unprofessional behaviour from the rude staff member that some of you have mentioned and have filed a complaint about her previously. We're only continuing to use this pharmacy because it's conveniently located, but I will be visiting them in person on Monday to address these concerns.

   Local pharmacy that has been at the same site for many many years. Has had a recent refit which has a made the place look and feel up to date. Can order prescriptions without the need to pop to the doctors / surgery. Meds can also be delivered which is handy for those that work. Turn around time for meds to be delivered / pickup seems to be good. Offer jabs for all kinds of vaccinations and also do allergy checks. Parking can be an issue at times but good excuse to Get out and do some walking.
