Over a lifetime, you visit multiple pharmacies, large or independent, for one reason or another, for simple or more complicated purposes. I had my flu & covid jabs here and I can honestly say, many other pharmacies both large (looking at you Boots) and small could learn something about customer service from pharmacies such as this one. Been using this place for a while and have no complaints atall. They are all very helpful and deliver any thing you want as well as your prescription. The lady who delivers is a lovely pleasant person and nothing is to much trouble . Can recomend . Edwin.
Great staff, always willing to spend just that little more time that is sometimes needed when asking for advice about a medication or ailment. I have used this pharmacy regularly, more than twice every month for around four years, to collect my own and my daughter's prescriptions and there has not been once when staff haven't said hello or asked how my daughter or myself are doing. It really is a five star, personalised service.
Lovely staff very helpful and friendly. Have had prescription delivered without having to ask sometimes ☺. Delivery van driver very smiley and always helpful too. The pharmacist is very informative and helpful. Very fair prices for some over counter goods.
