   I have been collecting my medicine from this pharmacy for three years. I was very happy because of the friendly service. In my previous pharmacy (J Docter in Walsall Bentley) the staff were very rude. Unfortunately here I have problems with collecting the medicine time to time. This week I tried to collect the medicine twice but I was not able to. I was there on Monday. They did not give me the medicine, although it is on the shelf. They checked that it is there but they said that there is a break and they cannot give it to me. They told me to come later. I came on Wednesday and the same thing again. I live quite far away and I cannot come in the morning and then they have a break. I have run out of medicine and now I am looking for another pharmacy.

   This pharmacist the staff part unsuitable for their job as they make that many mistakes they don't know what they are doing the manager as bad my number without telling me I've got to leave so my medication now I have to find a different chemist to deal with as I didn't know that they will stop in doing my medication that's how ridiculous this chemist is I want to thought they would say you have to leave before barring my number staff and the manager are unprofessional
