   Please be aware of the trap on the pharmacy parking didn't see no sign even the pharmacy didn't mentioned anything about the parking I parked from 16.21 to 16.41 to get my antibiotics today received a fine of £60 what I'm supposed to do I will never go there again .

   Up until recently I was using this pharmacy & thought how good it was.That was until I had a string of unpleasant experiences.The female (whom I believe is the owner) interrupted the conversation I was having with Mike about migraine medication(who goes above & beyond to help ) & seemed to belittle him. This made me feel very uneasy so I left in a hurry .Another time I was speaking to him about my prescription as there was an issue.She was obviously listening to our conversation.She shouted from a few feet away “ she won’t be able to have that “. I was really upset & shocked. I do not know why she thought she knew better than my GP but if she had something to say the very least she could have done was to come over instead of shouting it out for everyone to hear in the pharmacy. Then to top it all the medication(which she said I wouldn’t be able to have) was left outside my neighbours postbox which anyone could have taken . They didn’t even deliver it to the correct address. I am happy now they are no longer my nominated pharmacy

   Best pharmacy in Walsall. They go above and beyond! If you ever need anything from a pharmacy, it's best to ask these lot first. I know I can get a prescription for something and even if it's not something they have in stock, they can always have it by 3-5pm SAME DAY! Absolutely vital when you need speciality antibiotics and other medicines not normally stocked at any pharmacy. I've also used their Pharmacy First scheme many times, they're more knowledgeable than drs anyways, without the hassle of a GP appointment.

   honestly couldn’t ask for a better pharmacy team! it’s a small pharmacy so it has about 3 people running it, but they work so hard and are very accommodating to your needs. there’s been several times where i’ve been stuck with emergency prescriptions and they’ve gone out of their way to sort things out. not open on the weekend and phone lines can get quite busy but they are a very small team so that’s completely understandable to be honest!

   This is an amazing pharmacy with great customer service! The staff are always friendly and go above and beyond to help patients the best they can. I’ve never experienced any problems with Limes Pharmacy and is hands down the best pharmacy in Walsall!

   This pharmacy used to be good. Then it was taken over by a woman who has no idea what she’s doing. The staff all left because they were being treated so badly and were replaced with a skeleton crew of people who don’t know what they’re doing. Every single one of my prescriptions had errors, some minor and some serious, and she never apologised when I pointed them out. I’m lucky I know enough about my meds to be able to find the errors, but for many people this could lead to very serious problems. I’ve watched her give advice to customers which was incorrect and obviously geared towards selling expensive branded products. She is very rude and unprofessional and has arguments with customers in front of other customers. Loudly. The first time I met her she was yelling at a woman who had parked in the customer car park but hadn’t been into the pharmacy. Her solution was to block the woman into the car park with her giant SUV. Evidently they’re not doing so well financially anymore as they’ve had to set themselves up as agents for a delivery company. i imagine this is because all the regular customers have been forced to leave. This is the worst pharmacy in Walsall, it’s like Fawlty Towers but with statins. There’s no reason to ever go here when there’s a good pharmacy across the road, at least two in Caldmore, and one in Asda.
