   Absolutely wonderful staff, both the dispensing pharmacist and the lady at the front. I came here yesterday very stressed out because I was looking for urgent medication, which my doctor had forgotten to prescribe and which was running out. The pharmacist was able to speak to my doctor's clinic and arranged to issue urgent prescriptions. An absolute life-saver. thank-you

   Came here today to have my flu jab done by Lisa. She was wonderful. Prior to the appointment I felt nervous but she made me feel at ease. She went through all my details and aftercare advice. The flu jab was quick, didn’t feel any pain etc. I will definitely be returning next year! Thank you so much Lisa.

   Rude experience because I turned up at the pharmacy 3 minutes before they closed for some paracetamol and bandages ‘what do you want’ was how I was addressed ‘we are closing’ when I was taken aback, then tried telling me she said ‘how can I help’ when I asked her name. If you don’t like your job and working until 8pm then leave, get a new job, don’t take it out on customers.

   Two ladies deep in conversation had to wait for them to Finnish talking about going out was then Rudley told to get a mild laxative from in store not from. Them neither could be bothered an then went back to talking like I was not even there

   Unfriendly and unhelpful staff! When I asked for Covid 19 information, the assistant dismissed me with "read this link" - she then disappeared, leaving me standing and feeling very angry.

   Due to the incompetence of my GP surgery, i don't think I would ever get the medication I need at all if it weren't for this pharmacy. I've been getting my prescriptions from here for almost three years and each time, the staff go above and beyond to get the medication I need in spite of my GP making the entire process incredibly difficult and full of hassle. They also delivered my medication to me during the first lockdown which was hugely helpful.
