The whole practice is very well managed; the general ambience to the admin staff. The dental surgery appears to maintain a high level of cleanliness with post Covid protocols. But in my personal experience from being in 3 different Dental surgeries over the years the quality of Dentistry is of the best I have ever had. Whether that is timely procedure, advice, observation referrals, or Dental surgery it is all excellent. Furthermore one Dentist is very notable for her gentleness and how she puts you at ease before and whilst carrying out Dental procedure. Very notable.
It was an emergency that took me to Ballyclare dentist - I was seen within a week, and a further week for treatment, everything was on time, everything explained to me, staff friendly and professional and the clean that went with injection free filling (dentist so careful) has left my mouth looking so much better. A big thank you to the staff at the practice.
