   Discovered I had a flat tyre on New Years day on my Q2. Tried several of the National companies who didn't have a replacement in stock and couldn't fit one until next week (4-5 days). Called Protyre at 9am this morning - by 10am my brand new matching tyre had been fitted at my home address. The mechanic was great as was the garage when I called them - reasonable price but amazingly efficient and I now have the use of my car again. Highly recommended and thankyou to them for all their help this morning and getting it sorted for me!

   Came here a couple of weeks ago for 4 new tyres to be fitted to my car. Very disappointed as this place is supposed to be a ‘premium fitter’. What a load of rubbish that was. They’ve left what I can describe as a burn mark on the outter diameter / lip of all 4 of my rims from where the new tyres were fitted. It’s completely dulled the whole outter rim. Very disappointed and if it bothers me enough I’m going to have to spend 100’s to fix this. If you have nice alloys, I recommend using somewhere else but if you don’t care about them scuffing the whole lip around your alloys then go ahead and use them.

   It's not entirely protyres fault but I ordered tyres to be fitted via Asda tyres and the selected garage was this one when I arrived the garage didn't have my booking, the guy at the counter couldn't find the Asda order, however there was an email from someone at protyre to discuss my booking 2 days before which I missed thinking it was some spam email as it was just a person's name. There's doesn't seems to be very good if any communication between staff at the garage or any form of log to show that theynhave contacted someone bore is there follow up via a phone call if an email isn't responded too The guy at the counter was still very helpful and booked me in for the next weekend they just need to make sure they've got it sorted my tires a close to the limit it will last another week but traction is getting worse by the day.

   Dealt with Carl, tyres ordered in beforehand to check they met my requirements. Best price around for 4 fitted General Grabber Cross A/S. Fitted the following week, balanced up a treat, noted that the wheels torqued correctly and copper grease added to the mating surfaces. Appreciate the attention to detail which is so often overlooked at other establishments. 10/10

   Motorbike tyre had a screw in it. Phoned up in the morning and the guy answering the phone was very helpful and managed to fit me in for the afternoon that day. Motorbike mechanic was a very helpful and friendly chap who couldn’t do enough for me. Will certainly use again

   Unfortunately after a very bad experience where protyre cracked my alloy, I chose through RAC to have the tyre fitted at Protye plymouth. From the start I knew this a bad choice being met with a bad attitude and a receptionist who clearly has no customer service skills. I was then told my booking slot isn't valid as RAC bookings aren't legitimate. I'm never using protyre again.

   Absolutely fantastic job! Recently had my power steering rack changed and needed tracking done urgently. Called Monday, took car in today and it was sorted! They also found a screw in my tyre which was causing all air to escape. I was dreading a potentially expensive bill for a new tyre but they managed to repair the hole for a fraction of the cost! Will always be my go to!

   I've been a few times over the past few years to get motorbike tyres fitted. All the staff are really polite and down to earth. Even had a chat with one of the fitters who seemed lovely. Can't fault them really, never given me a bad experience over the years.
