   Amazing friendly, speedy service. Very child orientated. My granddaughter hates anybody doing anything to her hair, she will cry and scream blue murder. But these managed to keep her happy and calm enough to cut 3inch off the length and trim the fringe as well. No more tangles! Will definitely go again. Fantastic!

   Katie is amazing! One of the best barbers there. She has a lot of patience with the little ones and really takes her time! There’s nothing worse than your child having a 2 minute rushed hair cut. This is absolutely not the case with Katie. She’s an absolute credit to cool kids cutz. Keep doing what you’re doing Katie and you’ll go far! 5*

   We received outstanding customer service from Paige today. Paige was very welcoming and reassuring to my 3 year old boy. She was extremely helpful when trying to select a style and we were very happy with his hair cut. My little boy even said: "I love it." We will definitely be booking again.

   Our 2 year old really struggles with getting his hair cut and we’ve tried multiple shops with limited success. Kelly was amazing, he was like a different boy who said in his spider car happily. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a nice experience getting a little one their new trim.

   Absolutely shocking experience! No patience or understanding that my child needed to get used to the situation first or that he hated clippers. The staff just wanted to get home! His haircut was rushed and he was held down whilst crying and screaming! One of the staff just kept tutting him and saying he had to have it done! If you don’t like kids, then don’t cut kid’s hair!

   Feel very disappointed after today's visit... I was recommended this place, however i feel let down by the terrible customer service... granted it was busy, however I had booked prior to the appointment so I wasn't just a 'walk in', nana had come too as it was little ones first ever haircut, we were told to wait in the barbers as there was no room in the kid area which is understandable as they were obviously running late... however another child turned up 10 minutes after us and was seen to straight away without the hairdresser even acknowledging us... found this very unprofessional and odd and on that basis decided to take my custom elsewhere as I felt we were overlooked and pushed aside without any acknowledgement of our presence... its ashame as everyone I've spoken to loves bringing their kids here... I can't say the same.

   We visited today with our 3 year old who is terrified of haircuts. We can't recommend this place enough. Room is very fun and has plenty to occupy child with. Sam was absolutely amazing she made my son feel safe and comfortable and managed to do beautiful haircut without using clippers. Thank you so much!

   Absolutely fantastic service. Tilly was brilliant cutting my 2 year olds hair... I'd been putting off taking him for ages as he hates me touching his hair, let alone brush/cut it!
