Worst barber in Bilbrough been there several times they ruined my hair every time but I thought if I show him picture they might do something better but that's what they did ,

When you go in and ask can you do a scissor cut and the answer is yes and you go on to scalp my son with clippers then I do get angry, the hair cut was awful, uneven and left a patch at the back of my sons head (and no it’s not how his hair is) - explained my son had a double crown and you ended up cutting it too short - anyone who has been trained will know you have to leave some length because otherwise it will constantly stick up. You were also shocked that the person who usually cuts my son’s hair is female - who is fully trained and has over 20 years experience (only reason I didn’t go to her was she was fully booked up) - You also said my son does not look after his hair and that it’s better short. There is obviously a style you can only do which is clipper cut and in your opinion the shorter the better that is not what I wanted for my son - I just needed a scissor cut to tidy his hair up. I am so angry that you did not listen to what I wanted for my son, I did not want a skinhead for him - all I wanted was just to have his hair tidy up using scissors. If you cannot do a scissor cut then don’t say you can do it. I have been to other barbers such as Brick Lane barbers in Nottingham City and they were able to listen to me and actually do a really lovely cut on my sons hair.

Friendly customer service, generously offering coffee to all customers as well as being so kind, caring and attentive. It's always lovely to find a barbers that goes above and beyond just a haircut. Will definitely visit and recommend to all, especially young children and the elderly as theyve made the barbers so inclusive. Looking forward to visiting again!
