   The barber has very very poor customer relation. The first time i visited the shop, I didn't know he only works on appointment but having sighted the shop on my way to work I decided to pop in to have a shave and this guy was so rude to me. The way he spoke was not good at all especially for a first time customer. Shortly after my incident, another customer came in and he spoke to that guy too rudely. I was shocked how he was being rude to customers and thought he was having a bad day. Fast forward, 3 months after I texted him to find out of he has availability within the day so I could pass by and have a shave. And this guy had the nerve to call me and tell me he is a very busy person and does only calls not text. He spoke to me as if he was talking to his kid. This guy is extremely rude. I wouldn't recommend his service to anyone.

   Rude bad attitude told me I need an appointment although no one there also said he needs a down payment but don't give receipts.

   Patrick is the nicest Barbar I have visited. The guy is down to earth and his will be honest with you regardless of how long you've known each other. Though he has some principles, they are all reasonable and common sense will tell you so. For example, let him know if you ain't coming for your scheduled appointment. Will recommend this place anytime. Patrick remains professional as ever.
