Pippa Hair is absolutely fantastic saloon, my hair has never looked so good!! She washed, blow dry and did braids. The salon is so lovely and everyone makes you feel so welcome and comfortable which I find it rare at a hair salon. The salon itself was clean and pleasant. Can't recommend this place enough
Pippa was 25 minutes late for the appointment. Showed her a photo. She said she could do it. Asked her for the specific partings in the photo. She said yes. Parted my hair wrong. Not even straight. I spoke up and said "Do you mind adjusting this parting it's not straight?". She said "Just let me do my job". 2 partings in front aren't the same size. Most of the partings aren't the same size. I had tears in my eyes in the studio. This tells me Pippa doesn't take a lot of pride in her work and making sure her customers are happy with their hair and the service. She didn't check I was happy. She hurried on to the next customer without taking my payment. The braids were quick but it's probably because she didn't care about how they turned out.
Firstly I didn’t get what I originally asked for. I was quoted £90 for a style and then got told she can’t do it and instead I got charged £150 for box braids.. I don’t know what was put in my hair but on of my braids fell out at the root taking my own hair with it through being so tight. All the other braids are more then my hair can handle so they start sliding after 3 days. I would not recommend this woman when I asked for a 50% refund she only told me I can come and get the same thing done to my hair for £60 cheaper. I like my hair so wouldn’t go to someone who is making my hair fall out a be damaged. I will be taking this woman to court to get my money as she is refusing.
Had twists done today, took less than two hours and they look great! Would highly recommend
Pippa is the best! The quality of her hairstyling is first class with excellent, friendly customer service. The salon is always 100% clean. Thank you Pippa! Loving my new hairstyle - it's the first time I've had my hair braided in 3 years and I feel and look brand new :) My daughter also had box braids done ready for school next week and they are 100% stunning. We love it!
