I am a new customer. My car went in for an MoT and needed a lot of work done. They managed to find cost effective solutions to make it affordable and sourced second hand parts where possible. It took a long time but this was due to the nature of repairs. Five stars as, due to my busy work schedule and being unable to collect during normal working hours, they then dropped the car back to me and put the key through the letter box so that I had it ready to go in the morning. Will be using again.

I have always brought my fiat 500 to this garage as well as my previous 2 cars and always had excellent service. Unfortunately this year things were different. I booked an MOT as i normally do only to have to chase up after 8 hours to be told my car still wasn't ready. I was told that I needed a new part as my airbag light was on which is an MOT fail. I was charged 80 quid plus labour on top of my MOT and service totally nearly £400 and all was well and it passed. Only for the same light to come back on 4 days later. When I called up I was told that I may have to pay again to solve the issue even though I had paid him £80 to fix the fault which was obviously not fixed. I was shocked to be told this. What had I paid the extra £80 for? I took the car back only to have to chase them again (twice) after 7 hours of waiting to be told by the rude receptionist that his wife and children had come to see him so he was running behind!! No apology. I couldn't believe it. When I collected my car, he had eventually fixed it but to be told if it comes on again to bring it back. I obviously told him that I wouldn't be returning. Who would?? And do you know what he did?? He laughed. I have no words to describe how shocked I was as I walked away. What a way to treat a loyal customer. Such a shame after getting such good service for so many years to have such an awful customer experience.
Just had alot of work done in my car from full service to new wing mirror and clock spring plus more. Very satisfied . Frist time I have used them and will definitely use them from now on .

Great garage. It’s a very busy working yard where the garage is but the guys are quite flexible especially if you are able to leave your car with them for the day. They accommodated a late drop or and late pick up for me.
