What a brilliant garage - if you're even remotely close to Plympton, don't bother with anywhere else. All the 5-star reviews here are thoroughly deserved. They’ve done a great job looking after both my Mum’s car and mine for a variety of services - MOTs, servicing, suspension work, exhausts, fluids, the lot. I’ve just picked up my car after having multiple jobs done, and I've been so pleased with Rhino that I felt compelled to leave a proper review. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and reputation, which ought to be commended. James is always very friendly on the phone and makes a great first point of contact. Booking in, dropping off, and picking up the car has always been smooth and well-organised. The text reminders are handy, too. Every time I’ve interacted with someone at Rhino, they’ve taken the time to explain the work that’s been done (or needs doing) and answered the numerous questions I often have! They don't do work without checking first, they'll always call to discuss options. They also provide checklists and test results depending on the job, so you know nothing’s been missed and can see the state of your vehicle for yourself. This is particularly of value to me, thanks guys. Despite having opportunities to do so, they’ve never suggested or carried out unnecessary work. In fact, they’ve even advised against jobs that we were happy to do but weren't critical. The prices we’ve paid have always been reasonable, especially considering the peace of mind we get with them (which is worth a lot in itself). Most importantly - and something I can’t say about any other garage I've been to - I feel I can completely trust Rhino Motors to look after our cars and do the right thing. As long as they stay in business and continue treating customers as well as they do, we’ll keep coming back. I hope the owner(s) look after the good team they have on their hands. I visited Rhino Motors on 5th Aug 2022 and had my Audi A4 Eco Remapped. having now driven my car a lot since then I can highly recommend this garage for a re-map. the service I received was excellent from start to finish and they were very well priced. The re-map itself has increased my economy greatly and they listened to my needs to be able to keep it insurable with my insurance company.
Have been using Rhino motors for 2 years now. And yet again i have had the best service. In for MOT. Unfortunately failed but contacted immediately to notify me and explained in detail what was wrong. Car was ready to pick up a few hours later. Best knowledge and customer service I've ever had from a garage! +++
