Jack and Ian have been consistently helpful, friendly, and welcoming. I’ve been in four times over the past three years, and each time they’ve completed the work and had my bike ready the same day at good prices. Excellent service would highly recommend.
Recently had a full service, MOT and ABS repair carried out on my BMW by MSC Motorcycles. Great experience from start to finish. I received excellent service, they care about the customer and the work they are doing, a very professional attitude. Highly satisfied with everything they did for me.
Regularly have my bike MOT’d and serviced at MSC and have always had first class service. They have always gone above and beyond doing little extra jobs that haven’t been on the job sheet to ensure they give my bike back better than expected. They’ve always diagnosed problems quickly and informed me of the prices (which is extremely competitive) before commencing the work. Highly recommended.
Took my Kawasaki H2 to MSC Motorcycles for a service, chain tension and a new gear shifter pedal. The whole experience was brilliant from start to finish. Communication was spot on throughout – I was kept updated at every stage – and to top it off, the job was finished a whole day earlier than expected. The bike feels absolutely perfect now, and the quality of their work really shows. Friendly, knowledgeable team, fair pricing, and you can tell they genuinely care about the bikes they work on. I won’t be taking my H2 anywhere else – MSC is definitely the best in Plymouth. Highly recommended!
I have been a customer of MSC Motorcycles in Plymouth now for the best part of 15 years, having used them on the two bikes I have owned during that time. My current bike, which I have owned for almost 6 years is a Honda GL1800. Lucky enough to be retired, I use the bike most days and, as such, need two services each year. I have always been very impressed with the thoroughness with which every service is carried out and the work done on my bike. In the event of any problem cropping up, I book the bike in with them and the problem is quickly sorted out together with good advice given. I was in this morning with a binding brake which was immediately resolved. I would absolutely trust these guys with my bike and would highly recommend them to anyone needing long term care on their pride and joy.

Mark is a fantastic motorcycle mechanic. He is helpful, good to his word, and a great all round chap, who is always pleasant and welcoming. Honest and informative, and even offered me a cup of tea. I would recommend this company to anyone who loves motorcycling.
Absolutely fantastic garage! Went down there for an MOT, after ringing and being very conveniently told I could bring the bike right in. A few issues came up, some expected, some not. Said I could leave the bike there and they'd sort it as soon as possible, no pressure whatsoever. Being one who very rarely pays for anyone to work on any of my bikes, I was hesitant, but for once thought I'd let someone else sort things out, as I just needed the bike through the MOT as soon as possible. Received a call at midday the next day, all sorted and had passed MOT. Was completely astounded, never thought I'd get it back so quickly. Top quality work, paid a completely reasonable price, and really friendly staff. Couldn't recommend more!
