   Excellent garage. Highly recommended. Have always felt awkward going into a garage as a female with no knowledge of cars. These guys were great, and I will never need to use another garage. So friendly and they happily explained everything to me before agreeing what work would be done.

   Great service. I had a couple of warning lights come on suddenly. I called at about 4pm to see when they could fit me in. Said leave it with us. I had a phone call at 9.30 the next day saying all done! Can’t ask for better than that.

   Completely clueless technicians… Took car in for and MOT and they triggered a check engine light, forgot to reinstall my airbox, and then when i went back to get them to install it, i literally had to show them how to install the box, and i’m not even a mechanic. They use low quality service parts, install major parts completely wrong and misdiagnose issues, my current mechanic was completely shocked when we brought our car to him for its service, he couldn’t believe the shoddiness of the work they had done to it, labelling it as “completely unsafe”

   Last year booked 2 weeks in advance for MOT. Asked to view the underneath of car so l could see myself. Told that would be ok. Booked in for 11am. Car not MOT'd until 1pm so l had to sit around in office for 2 and a half hours. Then l wanted to view the car underneath but told by the boss that would be difficult due to VOSA regs. Why not tell me that when l phoned 2 weeks b4.? Anyway did view the car and told there was corrosion but l could not see Anny so asked the mechanic and the boss to show me the corrosion. Neither could point it out. That says a lot! The boss is also rude and very abrupt. Will never go there again.

   Few months ago went for a reply fir power steering and all they did was tape it together and charge £90! Now need to pay for it to me replaced properly because it wasn't done by them. The manager is also very rude.

   We were on holiday in the area and our truck developed a grinding in the brakes. Took my truck in at 9am to have the brakes checked. I was called within 90 minutes with a full diagnostic and cost to repair. The price was extremely competitive and I had the car back before 1pm, excellent service, couldn't reccomend highly enough. None of the so called main garages (ATS, Kwik Fit, National Tyres would even take 5 minutes to look at the brakes. Ignore the big boys, keep it local! Thank you to Bill and the team
