   Customer service was good, however the mechanical side a not so great experience. Had a brand new oem dpf installed, had nothing but problems afterwards because of the fitting, I was back and forth about 5 times because each time something wasn’t done correctly causing more issues and exhaust gases blowing through the cabin. Got this rectified by another garage and they told me that exhaust sealant was used on the dpf which shouldn’t have been done and gaskets weren’t installed properly. The Manager of the garage was very reluctant to give me a refund after a phone call explaining said issues, but I eventually received one after sending a video through of the botched job produced by them.

   Many thanks to Simon and his team for recovering my car while I was in hospital. Car was serviced again and returned to my home address cleaner than it was (sorry it was messy) bloody kids don’t keep it clean. As always great value for money I wouldn’t use anybody else. Great family business.
