   Avoid, bunch of cowboys and not female friendly. I've been taking my car to bordereau garage at Burrington Way, for a decade but this year, they couldn't fit me in but parkways could. I have a corsa which isn't great and has failed most mots but I haven't got the money to buy a new car so I pay to get the work done. The guy who checked my car told me it would cost £550.00 and to basically scrap it. I was gutted but it didn't feel right. So I googled to see if I can get a second opinion on an mot, I could, so I booked into bordereau and didn't drive my car until the day of the test. Bordereau fixed the issues for a couple hundred quid, including the mot fee. That's at least £250 less than this garage told me. I am reporting them to trading Standards, DO NOT TRUST.

   So I went in to get them to have a look at my car. Two guys came out and plugged in the diagnostic machine. Ok we can fix it. So booked car in which earliest time was a week later. Took car back as requested and they didn't know anything about it and the guy who booked it no longer worked there. However I pointed out that one of the guys was in the garage as I saw him. No we don't fix these problems????

   Arranged a service for Monday garage forgot to order the oil filter . Waited over two hrs. Finally got car back . Charged £ 13 for consumables but windscreen washers empty Service £40, oil £38, filter £8.79 plus consumables and VAT seems a little high

   Being a woman I never worry about taking my car to Parkways Garage I lways know that the jobs they do on my car are required, the jobs always carried out perfectly and reasonably priced. The staff are all very friendly and I never feel that I have been ripped off, I wouldn't go anywhere else to have my car fixed.
