Highly recommend. The staff were very friendly, my MOT was complete in no time and I was able to pick up whenever was convenient for me. Overall very pleasant experience.
I had never used this garage before so did not know what to expect. I initially rang them regarding an engine issue with my Volkswagen T Roc and was quickly booked in for a diagnosis. Fault detected it was suggested I leave car at garage and replacement part was ordered. This arrived the following day and they completed the repair that day with Callum keeping me informed on progress/cost during that period. I cannot praise this garage enough from their professionalism to their honesty and efficiency. All staff I encountered were polite and friendly. Whilst visiting Plymouth we had some car trouble , we had the RAC out who temporarily fixed the issue but the morning after our car started shaking again. We had a quick search on Google and Rang this garage in the morning not expecting them to be able to see us at such short notice but they did on the same day. They ordered the parts and fixed it all before 4pm , first contact was 10am. Very friendly service and very happy to recommend. Wasn’t expensive either. Thanks for sorting our car out today !

I just drove in without calling up, left the car with them and picked it up the next day with the electronics all fixed. They told me the cost for the first hour and then called me to tell me the total bill. I couldn't be happier, reminded me of the good old days. Well done guys for creating such a caring company. 100% recommend these guys.
Great service all round. Booked in for a service very swiftly, they also checked out an issue I had with steering / suspension after I mentioned it when dropping off the van. Minimal charge for the extra work, very happy with the level of service and work carried out. Will definitely use Peverell Garage again
