Just been and had my gait measured and brought new running shoes. The lad who served me explained everything to me with a great attitude and knowledge. A fantastic experience and will definitely be back when I require something else.
Gait Analysis, Shoe Selection and Fantastic customer experience. Needed a new pair of running shoes and hadn’t had a gait analysis for a long time. This place is right in the heart of Wolverhampton and super convenient - friendly and knowledgeable staff - I highly recommend and will be back!
Had a great experience today. I’m running a half marathon and needed some advice with new trainers to support my ankle whilst training, the sales associate was very reassuring and helpful with explaining what support was needed to help me, I was able to pic the perfect pair, great value for money. Would highly recommend.
I had a gait analysis at Ron Flowers. From making the appointment & having the analysis, it was all very professional. Nick was extremely knowledgeable and put me at ease explaining the video findings. He helped me select the correct running shoe for my needs. If I could give zero I would. In june I purchased my sons school uniform. Initially I was given a primary school blazer for the royal though my son was going into year 7, something we emphasised multiple times. After I realised my self that the blazer was the wrong one I went and exchanged it and thought it was all okay. Today my son had his first day and comes back completely devastated and embarrassed saying he had the wrong tie and was told off. The store refused to give me a refund claiming everyone makes mistakes and that we should accept it and because of that I had to buy a new tie. Why should I have to suffer because of something you did. You clearly don’t bother to train your staff well enough and don’t care about customer service. Luckily my sons uniform is also stocked at another store so I will be going there because this is terrible. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Went to buy running trainers for myself and my husband. We had the gait analysis which was excellent. The level of personal service was first class. We were put under no pressure to buy any particular brand of trainer. The knowledge of the salesperson was second to none. Would highly recommend!!
