   I went to this shop yesterday and my nails were horrific, they took 2 hours to do simple French tip nails, they were shaped awfully and as I had to go somewhere important I had to get my friend to reshape them as they were that bad, I believe a trainee had done my nails and I had to pay £40 when they were horribly done, if they had let me know it was a trainee that was doing my nails I wouldn’t have paid that price they were also painted bad too , I will never be coming back here again.

   Used to be good. Appears there is always a different member of staff. Went for a pedicure last week. It was rushed and badly done by the new young Vietnamese girl. Made an appointment but was made to wait 40 mins before having a rushed pedicure. Still got hard skin on my feet. Everything in there is old now . Also the prices are way more than other local nail salons. Sadly won’t be going there again. Wasted of £37 .

3. Economics for beginners ★★☆☆☆

   I used to go to this nail salon regularly. However, not any more. Anna has always been doing my nails without any issue but since the guy started doing them I constantly have issues with the quality. Used to be great, depends who does them.

   Not even sure why there are bad reviews on here, best nail shop I’ve been to! The guy who did my nails was so lovely and did such a good job this is going to be my new regular! So happy with them!

   Appalling customer service ! Pricing is very unclear, I was told 3 different prices. Had to pay 5 pound more for white tip. Never had that before. I paid via transfer and then was asked to pay again in cash. To avoid !

   I had my nails done elsewhere and didn't like them at all so went with my 2 granddaughter's here she listened to what I wanted and my nails are perfect just what I wanted such a nice lady we chatted like old friends will definitely keep going here thank you xx

   Very happy following my first visit today for a gel polish. Lovely staff who paid a lot of care & attention to my nails, before beautifully painting them. The hot towels & moisturiser at the end were a nice touch. They were happy to see me as a walk-in, and I found the atmosphere relaxed & the price reasonable. I’ll certainly be going again.
