    I went to store today with my family and had to buy shoes for my 6 year old. There were 3 staff members available , even after waiting for 20 minutes nobody came to help us to find the right size . Two of them were busy with other customers and 3rd lady with long black hair , a short and chubby , she was very rude towards my wife , visibly showing racism through her actions and words, my wife approached her twice , instead helping she was talking to some customers potentially there were friends and chitchatting useless talk for 20 minutes. She was not all professional, lazy and racist. Needs to be fired immediately. She works on first floor. She told me she doesnot work in show departments and on second term when we asked we cannot she help us when other staff members are busy, she said she is helping these customers with shoes while actually they were just talking and chit chatting that all Very unprofessional and when we reached security guard on first floor he said he is one of the manager he will deal with it which iam sure he will not. So avoid going on this store.

    Security guard was really rude me and my friends tired to shop but were not allowed got kicked instantly should sack the guy losing valuable customers. Put me and my friends of shopping here again said only few allowed per time. Terrible staff.

    I hate Sports Direct. Every time I go in a branch, the service is abysmal. My visit on Friday was no different. They really need to provide their staff with some customer service training. After asking a member of staff where the shoelaces were, he pointed to the stand and said "right behind you" as if I should have known. Upon turning around, I still couldn't see them so he then gave me further instruction like it was an effort to do so. What he had failed to say in the first place was that I actually needed to crouch right down because you literally couldn't see them from standing position. "These 'uns 'ere look!" He said. I walked out in disgust. Both at his attitude and the meagre selection. I'll buy online and I won't be buying from Sports Direct!

    Absolutely gorgeous black woman on the usc side of the store catered to my requests and helped me find exactly what I was looking for! Ever so helpful, she knows what she’s doing!god bless her she’s beautiful inside and out! I’ll shop there again !!

    This used to be a very good Sports Direct however after visiting on numerous occasions I can conclude it has gone completely down the drain. The Asian Girl in her new long black Christmas jacket on the door today 8/1/23 was extremely rude and barked at us to tell us they were only accepting card and closing at 3:45. Ive had various encounters with staff here from which I can conclude that they are lacking the basic fundamental skills to customer service. Not sure whether staff here are paid or volunteers from the local community. They know very little about sport and speak broken English, they must have some serious issues because they always seem so miserable. I actually feel sorry for you guys.

    This store has a large variety of trainers, sportswear, bags, caps, weights, balls etc Clean and tidy store. Friendly and helpful staff. Free parking for 2-3 hours.

    Awful customer service from all the staff there! asked politely to one of the staff for a size 9 shoe she rolled her eyes towards me, handed me the shoes with no communication before or afterwards. Went to the till where there was a woman with red braids serving a male, the male still wanted to browse so she waited until this male had gotten back over 5 minutes later and continued serving him. I had asked her while we were waiting if it was going to take much longer but she rolled her eyes and walked to the other end of the till completely ignoring us, we had a 1 year old child who was getting quite frustrated of just staying still there and would of appreciated some communication back from the staff, not them rolling their eyes. The till was also filthy covered in empty mcDonalds milkshakes etc that my son was trying to reach for when we were eventually getting served. This was around about half 5 for any managers wanting to review cctv footage.

    Don't buy the footballs from there, the sondico ones. The sewing doesn't last and keeps ripping, happened twice now.awfull! I want a refund.
