This company is absolutely unacceptable. My car was sent to LA Body Work by my insurance on April 1st, 2024, and it’s now been months — I still don’t have my car back. I have called countless times, but no one ever answers the phone. No updates, no communication, nothing. This is beyond unprofessional — it feels like they simply don’t care about their customers at all. Because of their complete lack of responsibility, my daily life has been severely disrupted and my mental well-being is now very unstable. The stress and anxiety this has caused me are unbearable. I strongly warn others: do not trust this company with your vehicle. They should be held accountable.

Went to F & J Vehicle Diagnostics (part of LA Bodyworks) for a full service. They were great! A really friendly team and an extremely good price. Will definitely be using them again & recommending them to friends & family *EDIT* Returned for repair to my partners car & can't believe how things can turn! They had car booked in for a DPF fault after previously diagnosing the problem. Car was there for a week untilI finally collected it due to nothing being done. They advised they were awaiting part, but at no point called to advise any updates. Took me calling them to see what was happening. Car has now been taken to another garage where it's been worked on immediately. Very disappointed after such fantastic service before.
Amazing service, quick easy and friendly, keeping us updated. Better than the Insurance Company. On the reception it says ring for a legend. Still got more work to do so will update.

Good job by the team at LA Bodyworks. Very friendly, repaired the door of my imported campervan, restored the yellowed headlights and repaired and painted the plastics. Went above and beyond and did some extra work on the bonnet and polished the side panels to make sure everything matched perfectly. Would go back again for sure, though I kind of hope I don't have to! :-)
Had work done on a few of my cars including a full front end respray on my CLS (pictured) brilliant work blends perfectly with the original bodywork , very good prices everyone is really friendly and always going that little bit further.
