   Terrible customer service after they lost my locking wheel nut. When I phoned and asked for it I was basically told I was wrong and there was never a nut there. The guy on the phone made me feel like I was lying and wouldn’t accept that they had made a mistake. Probably won’t go to this KwitFit in Tavistock Rd Plymouth again. Bloody shame as the workmanship was spot on.

   Very friendly and helpful staff. Took my car to them with what looked like a nail in my rear tyre, on investigation it turned out to be a very sharp pointed stone embedded in the meat of the tyre. To top it off there was no charge. Excellent service will definitely use them again in future highly recommended.

   Having rung to find a "best time" and being told 13:30, I wasn't too impressed by no start until 14:15. It was explained as a staff shortage, but surely that should have been factored into an arrival time? Once started, the tracking was checked and adjusted very quickly. Top marks for that.

   Amazing service. They were really clear, professional, informative, and helpful. They fixed my car really quickly whilst updating me throughout. Everyone who I spoke to was brilliant and I could really tell they cared and wanted to help me the best they could, however, a lady called Chloe was particularly helpful. I couldn’t recommend this garage enough.

   Absolute shambles of a place. In total I have wasted the best part of 5-6 hours trying go get 2 front tyres changed. Originally I phoned up to make a booking, was told I didn’t need to and just turn up. A few days later I turned up waited over an hour and my car still hadn’t been seen and people who had turned up later than me were being seen. I asked why and they said because they had booked and It would be at least another hour till my car was seen! I tried booking, they told me not to. The second time I phone up and booked, left the car with them for an hour and when I returned they hadn’t done the work as they couldn’t find the locking wheel nut - which was in my boot in the correct location. The third time I booked and still my car didn’t start getting worked on till 50 minutes after the appointment. They will happily let you sit for hours without any communication. Absolutely gob smacked at how bad this place is. Also even though all the ramps were full and people were waiting they are still telling people on the phone don’t worry about booking just turn up and we can sort your car for you! Never have I had to deal with such a u professional and slack company. I’m really not one to moan and have never left a review before but this place is mental. What I have written above really doesn’t due how bad a service this place offers.

   I can’t recommend the Crownhill branch highly enough!! From when I initially called to enquire about tyres the person on reception was so helpful and knowledgeable, through to my actual fitting appt when everything went wrong as I had no locking wheel nut! The staff went over and above to help, and got the job done for me :-) thanks from me and Bluebell the Labrador!

   Team is been amazing. Called and on the same day got an appointment to get my tyre fixed. Excellent administrative staff. Really appreciate the 10% student discount. The price for the service was very reasonable. Not the first time that I used their services. They are consistently good. Thank you!

   You have an Excellent Manager at this site. Courteous, enthusiastic, no problem, and gets the job done for you. Very Good customer service. As i was waiting for a new tyre to be fitted after a puncher i was in the waiting room i noticed other people come in he was so on it. as above and one customer asked for a filter for his car . he phoned the supplier if they had the part they said yes he went back to the customer no problem we will have in an hour and fitted for you. Well done. Please give praise to your manager it goes a long way.
