First of all I’d like to say the guys I came across here were polite & helpful and I’m sure have great skills. There’s one problem with this place however. The owner Grant. Rude, arrogant & dishonest. His favourite thing to say is he’s busy. Too busy to take 5 minutes out of his day to talk to you. Not too busy to put the phone down on you, swear at you and be confrontational though.. I wish I’d seen the red flags earlier and never visited this place. What I got was a shoddy job that won’t last 6 months. Grant said the job would take 5 days. Even if it took 2 weeks I’d be happy with that. It got to 7 days with no word so I sent a simple message saying how’s it going? No reply so on day 10 I ring up to see how it’s going. I’m told immediately after that one question; “I can’t be ringing you up messaging you every detail of how it’s going I don’t have time for that I’m busy”. Grant decided to get confrontational when I pointed out that the front bumper been left on meaning the prep work on the inside & around the grills won’t have been done properly and the edging is likely to crack. The rear badge, lights, side sliding door panel, fuel flap ect were all still attached during painting. All of which could have been removed in minutes and which we discussed would be the case. I specifically mentioned things like the fuel flap to be removed. When I then tried to explain this over the phone Grant put the phone down on me. Then when I decided to go down and try and talk with him he was rude, swore at me and told me to go home. Great customer service. The end results are rear lights with overspray up the side and back, paint on the front bumper/arch already flaking away 1 month later, overspray over every wheel, no paint on the inner arch meaning part of the reason for the paint job giving the van more life is now pointless, lazy line taping, a barn door latch which was missing when I picked up the van presumed broken, indicators that flew out on the a38 as the spring clips behind them were presumably lost and they couldn’t be bothered to replace them meaning the indicators weren’t secured properly so flew off and smashed up the paintwork and finally a line at the back which can only be described as straight as a roundabout. On this last one the rear line, it really is a joke Grant’s response. His response while looking at it was that it is straight and it was done to datum points so it can only be straight. I’ll let you guys be the judges of that… Have a little zoom in of the photo and a laugh at my expense. Also in response I was told you wanted a “cheap job”. At no point did I say I wanted a cheap job, I would have happily paid more if I’d known this is the shoddy job I’d get. It’s not my job to know how much a job costs. If you’ve got a car you don’t really care about then sure go here but if you actually care about your vehicle. Run away. Far away…

Sent 2 enquiries for quote on their website, one without photos and one with photos. Supposed to get back to me within 20 minutes according to their website promo, and a week or so later still waiting for that quote. If this is the level of service that they give, then I don't want to know. A potential lost client for them.

What a find. My old ZT needed a bit of paintwork. Trying to match old red across the car and the new paint must have been a nightmare. Brilliant finish, superb comms and good price. Very professional outfit who even offered to do extra mopping in the finish sank. Highly recommended

Grant and his team did an amazing job fixing up my Audi A1 after my bumper and rear side panel was scraped. Car was booked in within a few days of dropping by and courtesy car was provided too. Excellent service.

Grant and his team did an amazing job with my Abarth. The team removed a dent from my car door and resprayed the front end to a very high standard! The team made me feel at ease and welcome when I was in the garage. I was charged a more than reasonable price and was delivered high quality service. Will 100% be using again in the future.

Grant sorted a few stone chips above the windscreen of my Transit custom a few months ago and did a fantastic job. What he quoted was what he charged me. Very happy with the service!! Would definitely use again
