Cluster lashes had mostly fell out by time I got home and nail extensions (which I wasn’t really happy with anyway) lasted only 8 days. Manager was rude and standoffish when I’d to get them removed saying usually I’d be charged When they were only being removed because I’d lost more than was left on and stated it was because they were too long for BIAB-I had asked for extensions when booking and was just asked “is the length okay?” When getting them done. I’d obviously have said no if that meant they’d last just 8 days. I’ve never had such a bad experience, and it’s so disappointing because the beautician herself was lovely.

The score of 3 is with no disrespect to Helen who is was sweet but my appointment was approximately 15 minutes late, however, I did see that she was busy and she did apologise for the delay which is commendable. On entering these premises I was behind a young couple in the Q, both not wearing masks and both not challenged for certification for exemption purposes, the young girl was coughing which places these premises at risk. On leaving these premises I asked the lady at the desk was it ok not to wear a mask and could see a woman waiting to come in with no mask on either, I did not want to put her in an awkward position so I said I would place a review. I feel the mask wearing rule should be the same for everyone or they are at least asked for certification and if they do not have this in their possession they should be asked to leave as it jeopardises this business and the health and safety of it's customers (and staff). If I do not return to these premises it will be of no reflection on the lovely Helen nor her service, it will be because of your health & safety protocols or lack of these. I have been attending both premises (Cregagh & prev Castlereagh shops for many years now) and normally score a 5 as I have never been unhappy with any of your employees’ nor their services. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The place is very clean and great range of creams and great deal on courses for sunbeds and beauty treatments. Highly recommended this business to everyone. Well done guys. 10/10
Spray tans, nails and sun beds all Available here. The girls are lovely and do their best. Always get a spray tan if I need it and of course the sun beds are available if I need one before my holidays. Can be busy and might need to wait a while on a sunbed but have a lot of offer such as a stand up one.
