   I had a very bad experience with the owner Nadine. I missed a nail appointment due to upsetting personal circumstances, and the whole amount of £40 was taken from my debit card. I phoned Nadine to explain that I was happy for a £10 deposit to be taken, I apologised and explained I was going through a lot which is why I'd overlooked the appointment. But she was very rude and unapologetic, also very condescending and repeatedly referred to herself, her own agenda, her profit margins etc. I had been a regular here for a few years, but will never return after I came off the phone call to Nadine in tears at an already difficult time. It's so sad that the business owner disregards individuals like this and sees client's as a number. I'd highly recommend Elegance on the Woodstock road - much more friendly, accommodating and their nails look better and are more affordable. Stacy

   Very poor experience and complete disregard for any standard of customer service. Rude, dismissive and unprofessional staff who appear to think they are doing you a favour by letting you make an appointment. So disappointing as the salon seems to get such good reviews but I can assure you I'll be voting with my feet and won't repeat the same shambles again.

   Absolutely love Hands On, as does my little one. Had a lovely pamper and great craic with the best ladies in the business..little one got holiday nails also..have booked my next appointment already and cannot wait..services and location are perfect!

   I was asked to wear a mask and I informed the girl that I couldn't as I'm claustrophobic. She told me if I didn't wear one I couldn't get my nails done, this was a present from my daughter. I explained that I couldn't, she asked me if I could wear a visor, I said I didn't know. At no point was my medical condition taken into consideration. I said I would try the visor, it was awful, the anxiety that I felt!!! The girl doing my nails preferred to speak to her colleague, rather than have a conversation with me. Utterly disgusted with how I was treated and I most definitely not be back.

   Rude staff, treat customers poorly on a power trip if late etc turning people away and cancel apppointments if you happen to have a life and dont reply to messages within a few hours! Also from first experience they talk about other customers in front of ones that they have in for treatments in such an unprofessional manner! Def wont be back!
