   This is my first time visit , I did talk to Karen .I asked for my hair smoothing karetin treatment for my hair, she confirmed that the hair straightening and silky would stay for 3 to 4 months. So happly book my appointment . After I do my hair, it looked nice only 3days. After my first wash at home it looked very very rough I cal this lady but she didn't respond properly and I visited the parlour and she basically changed her words . I did ask for Manager /owner number, she didn't give the number, treatment cost me 150 pounds . It was waste of money.

   I called for the first time to make an appointment for a haircut. The woman answered the phone, I said hello and said that I would like to make an appointment. She just hung up. I have a question, are you not trained in basic rules of conduct? You behave like savages. For the savages, I’ll explain that if you “couldn’t hear” or “had trouble hearing,” you should have said, “I can’t hear you, please call back,” and then hang up.

   There is parking available both on and the side streets. Booking is by appointment. They accept both cards and cash upon payment. Great professional hair salon and nail bar. Premises are kept clean to a high level of standard. The courtesy tea and biscuits. Coupled with the polite and friendly professional service alone make the trip worthwhile. They try to accommodate your hair needs as best as possible. Give them a call.

   I have been to this hairdressers many times over the years and have always had a perfect experience. I went there today after another hairdresser did a bad cut and colour on my hair the day before and Ryan at Kenneth Michael Hairdressers couldn't have been more helpful. My hair is now the perfect cut and colour and I highly recommend everyone using them.
