   Second appointment today with Danielle and just as with the first appointment back in August I was left waiting far beyond my appointment start time, I understand that sometimes lateness can’t be helped which is why I decided to book in a second time however after being left again to wait for 50 minutes beyond my appointment start time I find this to be highly unacceptable. The receptionist spoke to me once to apologise and say she didn’t even know why I was left so long, then when a further 30 minutes passed I had to ask again if it would be much longer as it was 40 mins passed my time. To make matters worse when Danielle finally decided to show up there was not even an apology from her for how long I’d been left waiting instead she decided to take an extra 5/10 minutes talking to the receptionist about other clients appointments, which surely could have waited considering how late she was already running. By the time I was finally taken up around 6pm I’m surprised my numbing cream hadn’t completely worn off and when I told Danielle that my appointment was at 5pm she responded with ‘well we’ve been up here from 10 past’ which is still 10 minutes late regardless of the fact I’d waited almost an hour for her to come down! Can’t express enough how unprofessional the entire experience was, I would have much preferred to give my money to a business far more deserving however having already paid a deposit and wasted an hour of my time I felt I had to go ahead with the service. As a side note, not that I have any active doubts, I wasn’t shown that the equipment being used for my filler was unopened and sterile which is usually standard practice.
