   My nails are absolutely gorgeous. I love them. The girl did an amazing job. However £50 for infills is shocking. I've had full sets with a lot more detail that haven't even come to £50. I ended up not having enough cash to leave a tip, which I always do, and felt awful because she did such a good job. Still my go to place as the service is impeccable and I always leave happy though. Definitely recommend

   So disappointed I was a loyal customer at this business. When I first started using this service I was very impressed. Sadly the quality of the work became very poor. Last time the gel nail polish wasn't cured correctly. The girl was in a rush and only applied the heat lamp for 30 seconds. This resulted in water getting trapped between the polish and nailbed which caused damage to my toenails leading to infection. I will never return.

   Best nail technicians in Belfast. I have been to a few. Nails stay on longer than anywhere else, and if you want a spa, foot massage, pedicure. Don't hesitate. It's fabulous

   I went in with an idea that I wanted and the staff were very rude, sighing that they had to do a design etc despite it being advertised that you can get whatever you like. They didnt ask me what shape I wanted, nor where they in any way interested in making sure I was getting what I asked for. It was as if my business was a complete hassle. I had initially booked my appointment for 1pm but I was not seen until 1.30. There was no customer care or interest in making sure the customer has a good experience. It was very much a conveyor belt experience. I had to repeatedly ask for each nail to be done the way I had requested despite already asking and agreeing this at the start. I would not recommend going here unless you are happy to leave with something completely different to what you requested.

   Ideal for me, as I can't always select a certain time as so busy, so I often do the 'walk,-in's'. Always accommodating to fit in. I normally get their gel nail polish. Very pleased with the good results.

   Love this place. They are the best nail salon in NI. I am from Los Angeles California and am use to getting my nails done by one of the best in CA and the owner and her husband and so talented and sweet! They do beautiful work and they all engage with conversation. That makes everything better.
