   I visited Natural Nails for the first time this afternoon after feeling dissatisfied from a previous trip to another popular "5 star" nail salon nearby who made me feel so unwelcome and provided poor customer service and needless to say, I can't believe I didn't visit sooner! I had such a wonderful, positive experience and left with the best set of acrylic nails I have ever had done, I will 100% be returning and would highly recommend this nail salon. All of the staff were wonderful and very warm, welcoming and friendly from the moment I entered, they were eager to make conversation and were full of compliments and kind words which instantly put me at ease and made me feel so comfortable. The customer service was next to none and they ensured that I was happy with the nails every step of the way, they offered me lots of different design options as I'd requested a quite detailed design and nothing was ever too much to ask for, unlike how I felt at my previous salon. I was attended to immediately without having to wait despite it being quite busy which was another big positive. The overall nail treatment was speedy but it didn't once feel rushed, in fact I was very impressed (as a beauty therapist myself who takes ages doing just a simple polish!) that they were able to create such a beautiful set of nails in just over an hour, this proves they're all very skilled in what they do. They were all so thorough, really took into account what I wanted and a lot of care, precision and effort went into my nails and this was evident with how perfect the finished result looked. My nails ended up coming to £5 more than what I was originally quoted which was absolutely fine as I'd had a lot of details done but one of the very kind gentlemen who I'd spoken to on the phone said to just pay the original price which was such a thoughtful, lovely gesture. I'm so happy with how my nails look and I thank Natural Nails for their incredible customer service!

   Im so annoyed, this nail salon is useless. I would give 0 stars if I could. These are my nails after literally just two weeks…on the picture you can see the nail polish is not even dry. Every nail is different shape. Furthermore I asked for gel on natural nails and I had gel extensions before, it hasn’t been taken off properly. After just few days the remaining of my old nails started to separate (which is easy for water to get into and for you to get fungus under your nails. This is so unhygienic and unprofessional. I also had a full pedicure and it wasn’t done properly when I asked for it to be corrected, it was still not done properly. Then the staff got annoyed at me? The skin off my feet were still hanging. Nothing was done about it when I mentioned it. There is no attention to detail. Bad service, nobody speaks proper English, so they don’t understand. I’m so annoyed paying so much for this service. Where if I went somewhere else I would’ve got a nice set of nails. I regret going there and leaving my money with them. They just steal your money, don’t care about the clients. I do not recommend unless you have very low standards.

   Lovely people that are patient about your decision and will also help you decide what you need. Good value for money and lots of choices. Wanted some sparkly so got gel with grey/pink and glitter on all. Will return again.
