   I gave two stars as I likes the toe nails job and friendliness of kirsten but regarding my pedicure I am bot happy i had some hard skin on my heal very fine lines nothing big she didn't manage to take them off she used one soft heal exfoliation silicone but no other exfoliation equipment, I told her hard skin still there she said I tried , i saw girls getting nice manicure but for pedicure no coming back attached my heal picture below sorry
