MADE PHYSICAL THREATS AGAINST ME AFTER VERBAL ABUSE TOWARDS ME!! I asked for details and prices, was promised that I would be sent photos and info etc repeatedly for well over a week and when I finally told him not to bother after not having received anything, I was met with abuse and threats of violence....DON'T TOUCH THIS COWBOY WITH A BARGEPOLE. I have screenshots of the conversation in which he is abusive and threatening!!
Absolute rubbish cues I wouldn't even give this place 1 star avoid!
Brilliant service this guy is true professional you can see huge collections of cues high quality made then test them out on his full size table Steve is great guy thank you for your customer service top guy
Avoid. Cue tip in worse condition then when I first gave him. Claimed he had changed the tip but it looks like he had just used a pencil sharpner or sand paper, it looked awful and I’m having to get it redone. Damaged the furness of my new cue, total cowboy who doesn’t have any idea of tip replacement. In the end started to use foul language too once challenged.
