   Really bad experience with Nicky .Was late 15 minutes for the appointment and behaved very rudely and asked me to rebook again.She charged me 10 £ for being late for 15 minutes!!People could be late sometimes , I know I should have been there on time but was on a phone call with the car mechanic as I had a problem with my car. Would never use her service again. Beware anybody booking her ,if you are even 5 minutes late she would charge you and refuse the service..

   Had several appointments with Nicky, to have eyebrow micro-blading completed. She was amazing. So professional but also extremely friendly and helpful. She made sure I understood the entire process before going ahead with anything and I was delighted with the results. Excellent value for money too, especially in comparison to other places that I had previously checked out.
