    earlier this year during lockdown i was helping small local businesses by buying vouchers to use when they reopened. I sent payment for a £40 voucher which I never received, I actually forgot about it but I requested it recently and was denied the voucher. happy to steal my £40 without ever having provided me with a voucher in the first place, now trying to state terms that were never sent originally when I sent payment even thou I haven't received the voucher.
